Pro Fitness has recently undergone a massive face lift and upgrade to our cardio area. Come in and sweat you way to a better you on our new cardio equipment.

Almost every piece of equpiment has it's own TV, where you can choose your channel - so there is NEVER the excuse of 'I can't miss my TV show' because you can now watch it while you workout, just remember your headphones!


Weights Room
Push, Pump, Pull, Press your way to a new you. At Pro Fitness we have the latest resistance and free weights equipment available on the market.

With a full range of weights resistance equipment on display covering all the major muscle groups there is no excuse when you talk about not being able to get into shape.

In our free weights section we provided a range of Olympic Bars and Dumbbells (ranging from 2.5kg to a whopping 60kg) with the associated benches and accessories to challenge the most experienced trainer.

So if its muscle tone, strength training, sports specific or general training we can cater to your every demand.



Personal Training

At Pro Fitness we strive to ensure that you actually achieve your health and fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers commit to organising you a personalised program. Which makes sense - we are all different in our shapes and sizes, and it therefore is important that your exercise program is tailored for you.

Outdoor Covered & Heated Pool


Since February of this year, Pro Fitness has been under new management. One of the major renovations that has undergone throughout this time is those of the Outdoor Pool. The pool has been re-surfaced and painted, and the whole area surrounding the pool has had a massive face-lift. The pool itself is now heated at 30degrees!

Aqua Aerobics classes are now available 3 times a week! Mondays (6.00pm), Wednesdays (10.45am) and Thursday (6.30pm). Aqua Aerobics is Aerobics in the water. Work at your own intensity and pace with or without resistance and no impact. A Great class for all levels and ages!
